Shipping, Return Policy, and Frequently Asked Questions

How much is shipping and how long will it take to be delivered?

All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $5.00 and are delivered via USPS First Class of Priority Mail. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Packages typically arrive in 5-7 business days.

We currently only deliver within the United States.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 48 business hours of shipment.

What is your return policy?

Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days following delivery.

Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be sent back to you.

Return packages will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact.

Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.

Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

If we receive a damaged package, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 

What if I received a damaged item?

Notify us immediately; we will gladly replace your item or refund the purchase price.

What if I need to change or cancel an order?

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. 

One of your items is out of stock and I love it! Is it possible to get it?
